Terms of Service (Updated)

1. Service Booking & Cancellation To ensure reliability for all clients, TM Clean Houses requires a minimum of 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If we cannot access the property upon arrival (lock-out), a fee will apply to cover travel time.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our “Spotless Results”. If you are not 100% satisfied with any area we cleaned:

  • Please contact us at (267) 469-7366 within 24 hours of the service.

  • We will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra charge. Refunds are not offered in place of a re-clean.

3. Payments Payment is due on the day of service.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Zelle, and Venmo.

  • We do not accept credit cards at this time.

  • Late payments may incur interest or additional fees.

4. Safety & Liability We treat your home with the utmost care and respect.

  • Breakage: In the rare event of accidental damage, we will notify you immediately to discuss a resolution. Please secure heirlooms or high-value items prior to cleaning to avoid accidents.

  • Heavy Lifting: For the safety of our staff, we do not move heavy furniture (over 35lbs) unless previously arranged and safe to do so.

  • Name, Address, and Phone Number.

  • Home access details (alarm codes, key locations) – stored securely and only shared with the team leader.

  • Payment information (processed via secure third-party gateways).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule and perform cleaning services.

  • To send invoices and service reminders.

  • We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Media Release (Optional) We love to show off our work! By hiring TM Clean Houses, you agree that we may take “Before & After” photos of the cleaned areas for our portfolio. These photos will never reveal personal details, addresses, or family faces unless explicitly approved. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please let us know.
